Hello Mrs. Larmore
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to you and your family on the passing of Sam. I was able to attend the services held for Sam at the Shalom felicities, as it was important for me to say good bye to my Big Band Friend Sam. We both played in the trumpet section of the Sound Of The Big Band together.
The Rabbi’s description of my friend Sam was precisely correct as Sam was a true Mensch through his life. I found Sam to always be a Man of great Honor and Integrity through out our time in the band, and his warm kindness is what Sam shared with me.
Sam had such a wonderful impact on my life as we played in the trumpet section together, and this time I will always hold close in my heart. We will all miss him, but celebrate his life book that is so long and full.
My Deepest Sympathy

Sam was such a lively guy, remember him playing with the girls, cuddling up with them when they were tired. He always had a ready smile and an encouraging word to share. He always made me feel like one of the family. I will miss him, rest in peace my friend.
